Flora Coleman
Flora Coleman is a seasoned global leader in public affairs, policy, and communications, with over a decade of experience shaping regulatory and reputational outcomes for some of the world’s most prominent fintech and technology firms. Most recently Director of Global Policy and Government Relations at Klarna, she led cross-functional teams on both sides of the Atlantic, driving strategy on AI, financial services, credit, and competition policy. Her earlier tenure at Wise saw her deliver a landmark win on cross-border payments regulation in the EU and spearhead the firm’s ESG and CSR agendas.

Ashlie Tarpley is an experienced consumer financial services attorney with over a decade of practice advising financial institutions and government agencies on complex compliance and contracting challenges. Her career spans litigation, regulatory counseling, and policy development, giving her a unique perspective on how laws and regulations impact day-to-day business operations.
Ashlie’s experience includes:

Sabrina Steele
I am passionate about navigating and influencing digital policy as I think it offers an interesting mix of existing and new policies. For example, I enjoy how it offers the opportunity to build evidence and create novel solutions or apply existing legislation/regulations where they work in a similar sector.
I currently work as a senior associate at Inline Policy, providing policy and regulatory analysis and political strategy for innovative tech businesses across the tech sector. I previously worked at the ICO where I led on data protection and generative AI, engaging with and influencing some of the largest tech firms. Prior to this, I worked at DSIT on various digital related policy areas including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Bill.

Magali Van Bulck is the Head of Policy & Government Relations (EMEA) at Wise and the founder of Accept My IBAN, a platform to report IBAN discrimination which has successfully put this consumer protection issue on the political agenda.
She sits various fintech and payments advisory committees and is part of the board of the International Association of Money Transfer Networks, Fintech Belgium and PayBelgium. In her role at Wise, she has been heavily focused on improving transparency in financial services, lowering the cost of remittances and providing a pathway for non-banks to join the financial infrastructure. She joined Wise in 2016. Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Launched in 2011, Wise is one of the world’s fastest growing, profitable tech companies.

Maddy Steggall is a policy and communications professional with experience spanning government, strategic consultancy, and financial services. She is currently Policy Adviser to Kanishka Narayan MP, leading work on AI, startups, and digital economy policy. Her role includes developing initiatives such as the All Hands on Tech campaign and supporting parliamentary and industry engagement on tech and innovation.
Previously, Maddy worked in strategic communications at Teneo and FTI Consulting, advising clients in technology, financial services, luxury fashion, and climate policy on corporate reputation, public affairs, and media strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked at Société Générale in Paris, supporting corporate communications and translation for the investment bank.
She is also a member of the Labour Digital committee, helping shape Labour’s tech agenda, and is active in Women in Tech Policy networks.
