    Dr Alexi Drew FRSA MBCS is a leading technology policy expert specialising in AI governance and digital rights, currently serving as Technology Policy Adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross where she leads global advocacy on emerging technologies in humanitarian contexts. With a PhD in cyber-security and international governance from Royal Holloway, University of London, she has extensive experience translating complex AI risks into actionable policy recommendations across government, humanitarian, and private sectors. She is ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor qualified, with deep expertise in information security, AI governance, and policy development.

    Ailís Daly is the Head of Trust & Safety, EMEA at WebPurify and a veteran policy expert.

    She is a qualified barrister whose journey in Trust & Safety began 14 years ago at Google, where she managed sales compliance and risk processes before moving on to enforce advertising policies at Twitter and later leading community policy as the EMEA Lead at Airbnb. Since 2021, she has served as the Global Head of Violence and Aggression Issue Policies at TikTok, addressing critical online challenges like hate speech, violence, and abuse.

    Her work has spanned issues like online misogyny, the impact of COVID-19 on marketplace homestays, international conflicts, and elections. She has played a pivotal role in preparing for major regulations and building trust with regulators-enhancing both organizational reputation and compliance.

    Currently, as the Head of Trust & Safety for EMEA at WebPurify, she advises top-tier companies on regulatory requirements, Trust & Safety operations, and policy development across the region.
