    I’m a dual UK/US citizen with deep expertise at the intersection of technology, regulation, and public policy. I’m a strategic leader with a strong track record of advancing trust and safety initiatives, shaping digital governance, and driving global regulatory strategy. I work directly with some of the world’s largest tech platforms, giving me a clear understanding of their challenges and how they can improve online safety outcomes. I excel at building high-impact relationships across government, industry, and civil society to support safer, more accountable digital ecosystems.

    At Ofcom, the UK’s digital and communications regulator, I led the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps and external engagement strategies. I’m skilled at convening expert communities, translating complex regulatory insights into actionable frameworks, and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams. I bring a global perspective and a nuanced understanding of UK, US, and EU digital policy landscapes. I hold a Master’s in Government and Regulation and an MBA Essentials certificate from the London School of Economics.

    Tammarrian has over 30 years of experience in the U.S. tech industry, contributing to engineering teams at General Motors, Apple, Microsoft, and Snap. She has led cross-functional teams in IT, Quality Engineering, Release Management, and Globalization.

    Tammarrian was recognized on Forbes’ lists of America’s Top 50 Women in Tech and the World’s Top 50 Women in Tech in 2018. She has also served on advisory councils and boards for organizations like Ada Developer’s Academy, NordVPN, and Northwest Tech Equity Initiative (NWTEI).
    In November 2021, Tammarrian left her role as Snap’s first Inclusive Engineering Director to focus on global collective healing leveraging tech as a catalyst. She founded Sarell with a vision to rebuild trust in tech by elevating social well-being as equally important as traditional success metrics.

    Believing that active listening is key to collective healing, Sarell partners with experts in tech, psychology, social science, and policy to create feedback mechanisms that integrate actionable social well-being metrics, prioritizing customer trust and collective wellness as central to financial success.

    Tammarrian enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, other people’s pets, and (lots of) moments of stillness. She currently resides in London.

  • Sophia Ignatidou

    Sophia is the Group Manager for Artificial Intelligence Policy at the ICO, leading the UK data protection authority’s team of AI policy and technology experts. Her portfolio covers areas such as strategic thinking on AI for the organisation, policy on emerging issues such as generative AI, advising on high-impact regulatory positions such as automated decision-making and cross-regulatory coordination.

    She is the ICO sponsor at the Artificial Intelligence workstream of the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) and has represented the ICO at a variety of international fora. Prior to the ICO Sophia was an Academy Fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) and a journalist.

  • Shivani Lodhia

    Shivani Lodhia is a cofounder of Parisi Consulting, where she advises clients in the emerging technology and digital infrastructure sectors, providing practical and trusted guidance. She also advocates for policy changes to support firms in these spaces, as well as issues affecting scaleups, using her Substack and an ongoing programme mentoring emerging talent from Warwick University to tackle and evaluate complex, future-facing industry challenges.

    She recently presented her team’s data and analysis on government engagement with digital infrastructure in the House of Lords at a private roundtable, has participated in high-level discussions on the future of the UK’s semiconductor industry, and has been quoted in Politico and City AM.

    Shivani is also studying for an MBA at Warwick Business School, bringing academic rigour to her work while championing a new generation of policy thinking within the technology sector. She is the CIPR’s Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year 2025.

    Sian Wilson is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Day One- a global leader in early careers. Sian is a global leader with over 25 years of experience in growth, skills, tech, policy and strategic organisational development in tech and skills-based businesses.

    Sian is a Fellow of the RSA, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Employability and Chartered Member of CIPD. She is the Chair of Tech UK’s Skills and Inclusivity Council, sits on the EdTech and Education Council at Tech UK, is a member of the Women in Tech Policy Group, member of the London Corporation taskforce for Women pivoting into Tech, member of the North Est Connecting for Impact Group and Non-Executive Director of Society Matters CIC in Gateshead.

  • Sandy Tung

    Sandy is the technology and innovation policy lead at City Hall, responsible for developing economic strategy and the role of tech and innovation in boosting London’s growth. She runs Challenge LDN, the Mayor’s open innovation programme, that invites a diverse cohort of innovators to co-design solutions that tackle the capital’s most pressing problems.

    A scientist by training, she built her career around embedding innovation into cities around the world. She’s led smart cities programmes including Sharing Cities, a €24.5 programme that tested and scaled innovative technologies across European cities and was a founding staff member of Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities, working with cities around the world to become more resilient to the impacts of climate change. Sandy is a Grow London Innovation Fellow and holds a master’s degree in physics from Imperial College London

    I am passionate about navigating and influencing digital policy as I think it offers an interesting mix of existing and new policies. For example, I enjoy how it offers the opportunity to build evidence and create novel solutions or apply existing legislation/regulations where they work in a similar sector.

    I currently work as a senior associate at Inline Policy, providing policy and regulatory analysis and political strategy for innovative tech businesses across the tech sector. I previously worked at the ICO where I led on data protection and generative AI, engaging with and influencing some of the largest tech firms. Prior to this, I worked at DSIT on various digital related policy areas including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Bill.
